4. Cancellations and Postponements

Where no separate agreement exists:

  • Cancellations more than 30 days before the event may qualify for a partial refund
  • Cancellations within 30 days of the event may result in forfeiture of deposits
  • Postponements are subject to availability

Kwetha Operations reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to circumstances beyond reasonable control.

5. Event Changes

Clients must notify Kwetha Operations of any significant changes, including:

  • Venue changes
  • Date changes
  • Program changes
  • Audience changes
  • Additional requirements

Substantial changes may result in revised fees.

6. Travel and Accommodation

Where services require travel outside the agreed area, additional costs may apply, including:

  • Transportation
  • Accommodation
  • Meals
  • Parking
  • Other travel-related expenses

These costs will be discussed and agreed upon before the event.

7. Intellectual Property
